Personal Chef to the Embassy Of The United Arab Emirates, Stockholm

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Personal Chef at the Ambassador's residence to prepare healthy and kid friendly meals for the Ambassador's family as well as meals for official receptions and dinners.

Duties will include but not be limited to:
. Maintaining detailed records of food allergies and dietary restrictions.
. Create new recipes to keep the menu fresh.
. Ensuring that all food is of excellent quality and served in a timely manner
. Planning weekly menus, grocery shopping and replenishing stock, keeping in mind budget and availability of seasonal ingredients.
. Using the kitchen garden for seasonal produce
. Appropriately packaging and labeling prepared meals that are to be consumed at a later date
. Make baked goods
. Preparing meals for events and functions hosted by the Ambassador
. Enforcing safety and sanitation standards in the Kitchen, cleaning and sanitizing work areas before and after meal preparation

Qualifications and Requirements:
. High school graduate
. Excellent health
. Experience working in an environment with children will be advantageous
. Presentable appearance and professional attitude
. Driver's license is a plus
. Authorization to work in Sweden
. Swedish or French proficiency is a plus
. Reliable, honest, and trustworthy
. Discretion and confidentiality are mandatory
