Key Responsibilities:
We are currently looking for a consultant to work as a personnel specialist in the role of a recruiter.
The consultant will handle the entire recruitment process, including record keeping. The task also entails conducting interviews with specialists alongside the manager.



Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
The following competences are required by the candidate:
Recruitment experience in the government
Academic degree in human resources or other equivalent education deemed relevant
Two years of recruitment experience (or more), (the most important thing is quality, order, and orderliness, as well as a consultative personality!)
Working experience with the recruitment tool ReachMee or another recruitment tool
Experience keeping a diary Experience taking references
