Pharmacist –Shortage Medicines Officer

AtrimusRx is growing and is looking for employees for the shortage department. The service is full-time and suits you with previous experience in pharmacies.
About the position
The position is a purchasing and procurement role where you own the entire process from request to delivery of ordered medicines to pharmacies.
The role of Shortage officer is to import licensed medicines on request from pharmacies and county councils, you will have daily contact with pharmacists, prescribers and a number of foreign suppliers and manufacturers around the world.
Responsibilities and tasks:
· Acquisition and import of medicines
· Answer quality questions and calls about orders and lead times
· Maintain good cooperation with customers and suppliers
· Purchase of stocked licensed medicines and procured products
· Typing in orders and answering phone calls
. Other administrative tasks

The position is located in Sollentuna, Stockholm.
Full-time employment. 40 hours / week.
Fixed working hours 8:30-17:00
Remote work is not relevant.
Qualifications
You have a university degree of at least 120 credits / 180 higher education credits in pharmacy. You have at least one year's experience of a similar position or from the pharmaceutical industry and good knowledge of GDP work. You are fluent in English, speech and writing.
As a person, you are thorough, independent, driven and have the ability to see the big picture. You are solution-oriented and communicative and want to be involved in developing AtrimusRx's services to Swedish pharmacies and prescribers.
