We are based in both Stockholm and Gothenburg and work in a multidisciplinary environment collaborating with researchers from different fields to achieve a complete understanding of the factors influencing perception and behavior.

Overall aim
To increase the understanding of consumers’ preferences and attitudes for different kinds of seafood, mainly targeting underutilized species and side streams for new products. The approach will be transdisciplinary to achieve a holistic understanding of obstacles hindering a higher seafood consumption.
