Ultrasound transducers technology (1 position) Ref no 547-06
PhD student will research on material and technology for ultrasound transducers for gas capable of working at temperatures above 400 C. Investigations will include theoretical transducer modeling, material investigations and real implementations targeting the application of gas flow measurement.
Supervisors: Prof.
Position requirements: Suitable background for the positions is a M.Sc.degree in Electrical Engineering or Space engineering or Mechanical engineering or Physics and depending on the project a good knowledge in microelectronics or in electromagnetic modeling, numeric, and/or programming.
