Physical Modeller to automobile company in Gothenburg!

About the position
Perido is looking for an experienced clay modeller. This is a challenging and creative work where you will work together with the team and the designer to develop our new designs, mainly in clay. You would have to use your skills in clay modelling and prepare the models for both internal and external reviews. The office is placed in Gothenburg.
Your daily tasks
Transform 2D sketch or 3D scanned data into 3D physical models.
Develop and visualize ideas together with the design team in the early phases. Enhance the physical model maturity and feasibility to match the project phases, with respect to esthetic, dimensional and technical constraints. Secure maintenance of facilities, tools and materials.
Develop physical models for decisions.
Together with designers develop new designs in clay, both exterior & interior
Together with designers make show models for reviews, both exterior & interior
Make models to support critical decisions for Design managers
Take responsibility for result in assigned project – both models & team member

Requirements
Least 10 years’ experience in the automotive industry.
Able to take lead in a minor modelling project.
Able to communicate with designers, project managers.
Leadership skills.
Able to work independently and take responsibility.
Good English, written and spoken

Contract type and hours
Full time. Consulting assignment until 2022-12-31. Start ASAP.
