PKI Domain Architect, Telenor

Telenor is planning to implement a new, central PKI service for internal use. The service will likely be multi-layer and geo-redundant with multi-instantiation for various use-cases. The design and implementation project started in autumn of 2021 and is continuing during 2022.
Assignment description and activities to be performed
Senior domain and solution architect activities and tasks, such as analysis, design and consultancy. Primary objective will be focused on designing the PKI implementation, assisting in implementation and participating in initial setup of governance, process and routines.
Competence requirements
PKI infrastructure architecture and design experience.
PKI governance, process and routine expertise.
The technical design is not chosen at this point in time, but it is very unlikely that the common PKI service in Microsoft Windows will be chosen. The architect therefore must possess expertise and experience beyond a common Microsoft based PKI implementation. Most likely solutions from vendors such as PrimeKey or Nexus will be chosen for this implementation.

Note: This position requires a resource that can be security cleared and authorized.


Contract period
Start Date: asap
End Date: 30.11.2022, 3 months optional extension.
Work load: 100%
Working language: English and Norwegian fluently.
Location: Remote work is ok as long as the resource qualifies for security clearance.
