The Hot Rolling Reliability Team has as its main responsibility to maintain a high level of availability of the department's equipment, among other things through well-planned maintenance efforts. We help to ensure that key targets are achieved, and that preventive maintenance can be carried out as safely and diligently as possible. There is also close collaboration with other functions within maintenance and production as well as continuous contact with external partners.
About the position
As a Scheduler, you strive to coordinate our maintenance work in the best possible way. You ensure that we have a well-functioning planning and preparation process, efficient stops, smart resource allocation, and optimization. Your team consists of the Reliability manager, engineer, and three planners.
The working hours are daytime, between 7-16. Employment will begin at first convenience.
Main responsibilities
Schedule prepared maintenance work based on resource, time, and coordination needs
Coordinate our maintenance stops for implementation in a safe and efficient way
Dividing tasks between processors
Scheduling of maintenance efforts
Ordering materials and services
Work with continuous improvements in the area of responsibility
Lead and run smaller improvement teams
Schedule and lead maintenance meetings

About you
You’re interested in leading smaller groups where you are the cog that ensures the work runs smoothly. Your working style is clear, structured, and solution-focused. Good collaboration skills and a sense of scheduling are also important as the work involves multiple contact points.
University degree in planning, maintenance, engineering, or equivalent work experience
Proficiency in MS Project or other planning tools is required
Confident using computers in general and reading instructions
Experience with Maximo or RLS-systems is meritorious
Great leadership and communication skills are highly valued
Fluent in Swedish and English (written & verbal)
