Planner

Northvolt has an exciting job offer for a Planner to join our stellar team in Skellefteå. In joining us you will play an important part in contributing in your area from the very start in building one of the first large scale European battery factories. Northvolt will play an important role in the transformation to a carbon free society.
We are now looking for senior planners with several years of experience in project planning in complex projects and good knowledge market leading planning tools. The Service means that as project planner work with the entire planning process from the development of new time schedules to follow-up, analysis, actions and reporting to Project Management.
You will be working intimately with the construction teams and their stakeholders to design and implement a plan - both in terms of time and quality. The environment has very high demands on flexibility and strategic thinking. In general you have a long experience in the field and have been driving large, innovative and challenging construction projects with very high demand on accuracy and scale.
Specifically, you have a deep understanding and hands-on experience of coordination between different disciplines within various part of the project.

Skills and requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in project planning/project management in complex projects.
Good knowledge of project management methodologies such as IPMA and PMI or equivalent.
Very good knowledge of Primavera or equal systems.
Good knowledge of MS Project.
Excellent English written and oral skills, Swedish is a plus.
Highly organized and result-driven.
Proactive and goes beyond expectations.
Has a can do attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit.
Ability to work under high pressure and tight deadlines, excellent time management.
Ability to work well with others in a team environment, as well as independently.
