Power your life Vestas offers you challenging global career opportunities in the fast-growing, sustainable wind power industry.Our 28% market share makes us the world leader.We have already installed over 33.500 wind turbines in 63 countries and currently save the world from more than 30 million tons of CO2 per year.Planner for Special tasks, Vestas Northern Europe A/S, Malmo Department Vestas Northern Europe A/S is establishing new head office in Malmo in 2008.Vestas Northern Europe A/S is our Sales Business Unit for Scandinavia, UK Poland and the Baltic's and we are responsible for Sales, Project and Installation and Service of wind farms throughout these countries.Our customers can mainly be found among larger power supply companies and professional investors, but also among private investors.For our new head office in Malmo and to handle the growth in our business we are searching for new employees who will be part of developing Vestas Northern Europe A/S.The Service Department is responsible for service and maintenance of the wind farms within Sweden and Sjælland.The department has an open and informal culture, where teamwork and good communication is the key to our success.You will have the opportunity to work in an exciting industry and in a team of highly motivated employees. Responsibilities and tasks Our new planner will be part of a regional team and you will get the responsibility for planning in a defined geographical region, and be an important part in securing delivering products and service to meet our customer's expectations.Your tasks will primarily be: -Analyze requirements and plan service and other plan able schedules -Allocate and direct resources for special tasks -Ensure effective communication of planned activity both internally and externally -Create comprehensive weekly work package of work orders for each service technician team -Check material availability, ordering additional supplies as required, to ensure all materials are available when required -Ensure work orders is set up for all incoming jobs Qualifications and work experience -You have a technical background and min.2 years of experience in planning of technical services or from a logistics related service environment.-You have excellent planning skills -You are numerate and analytical -A systematic approach to the tasks -You remain calm under pressure and are able to manage peaks and a heavy workload -You talk as well as write preferable Swedish, Danish and English.What we offer A competitive salary and benefit package.Additional information Primary work location at our new office in Malmo.no.Application for this position will be handled by Adecco.You can apply for the job through the web page of Adecco.
