PLANNER - Gothenburg

Assignment Description:
We are looking for a planner who will be a part of a team of 5 wiring diagram editors, situated in Gothenburg and it requires travel to Jiading and Shanghai to gather, review and refine information to produce aftermarket wiring diagrams.
What you'll do:
· Participates in team ceremonies and adhere to the teams’ way of working agile.
· A team player with a problem-solving mindset and a well-developed understanding of electrical systems and cable harnesses.
· Capability of abstract thinking and the ability of relating schematic representations of information to physical products.
· Easily adaptable to different situations and specific needs.
· Takes necessary steps in the improvement of processes and tools.
· Support IT users regarding content, structure and presentation along with making necessary corrections and improvements.
Who you are:
· Proficient in oral and written English.
· Courageous with positive attitude towards balancing stakeholders and have excellent communication skills.
· Strong customer focused and experienced in Electrical Architecture Design and Wire Harness Design is meritorious.
· Having a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent experiences.
· Experience in Vehicle electrical architecture, SAFe/Agile experience.
