At Kids Local Relevance Team, you will be part of a new established section with lots of undiscovered sales opportunities!
The Local relevance Section is split into two teams. One team that center point on Equatorial/Southern hemisphere markets, and the other team towards China/Asia markets. Our prospect is to complement the global assortment with local adjustments that are necessary for the total Kids offer to be perceived as locally relevant. It´s an exciting & diverse mission that includes all garment groups and covering the full Kids customer range.
Job Description
As a Planner at Kids Local relevance team you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing the assortment, demand planning and quantification in order to maximize growth and profitability for targeted region and channel. Based on the product team´s assortment strategy, drive the right income strategy as well as the right quantification and profitability.
In this role you will work in close collaboration with Product team as well as in cross functional collaboration with Business units, Sales regions, product support teams and other functions within H&M to secure the best customer offer. You will constantly follow, react and identify new sales opportunities based on selling, local customer insight and surrounding analysis, in cooperation with the Product team. Since the role is new, you will have a big part of driving method and structure within these areas.
Your responsibilities
Deliver region and channel selling input to the Product team in order to create growth
Support the brand in identify opportunities for growth and act on them
Build and plan a relevant assortment to reach omni profitable growth short and long-term
Build the commercial plan to grow and engage our customer base
Strengthen our total omni experience and enabling seamless customer experiences and relevance
Ensure that the capacity indicator for the channel/region/department is up to date against Production Office
Qualifications

To be successful in this role we see that you have:
A higher degree within business administration, buying or other relevant area
Experience as Planner, buyer, merchandiser or Controller
A strong salesmanship and see opportunities for growth and profitability
Strong analytical skills and ability turn the analysis to action
Informal leader, influences and coaches team members and leads by example
A passion for fashion and knowledge in what the customer will want and need at a specific time
Experience and knowledge in Excel
Great communication skills
Fluent in English, both written and verbal
Additional Information
This is a fulltime assignment based in Stockholm, starting as soon as possible and you will report to the Section head.
