Planning and Operational Manager

As a Planning & Operational Manager - CCP Technology at Nasdaq you will be part of the CCP Technology management team within Market Technology, placed either in Umea or Stockholm. You will serve as a key point of contact for ongoing initiatives created within the CCP Technology team to ensure efficient and successful delivery. You will also be part of assessing and improving the workflows within the organization to ensure YoY increased operational margin.
Together with the Head of Product, you will be responsible for efficient follow up of the overall CCP business at Nasdaq and help ensure that the KPIs can be reached including identifying mitigation actions when needed.
Your responsibilities
Main responsibility is to execute on the vision and strategy set forward by the product line management team and to ensure that it is completed in an efficient and structured way. This includes:
Leads or coordinates large product line initiatives to ensure coherence to timeline and budget e.g. Next Generation clearing platform, Documentation and Quality strategy etc.
Acts as the main interface for companywide initiatives.
Coordinates product line governance processes such as management meetings, LRP and budget submissions, and sales and marketing materials.
Provides a clear overview of the status within the product line to ensure proactiveness in client engagement and proper prioritization.
Monitors processes to ensure product line process adherence.
Responsible for the documentation and education of expected work processes.
May include team management.
We expect you to have
A bachelors and/or masters degree in a relevant area or equivalent working experience.
An outgoing and self-driven attitude along with a clear sense of structure and creativeness
Excellent written and spoken English
Understanding and knowledge of large organization workflows.
A collaborative, solution-oriented approach with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
In addition, you should possess a strong drive to deliver on predefined organizational goals, to identify ways of improving efficiency across the organization and have a personality that includes curiosity and collaboration.
