Overview
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Planning team as a Marketing Planning Assistant & Online Business Shop Project manager. Our Planning team is responsible for producing reports predominantly for senior management and headquarters in Korea. As a Marketing Planning Assistant & Online Business Shop Project manager, you will assume responsibility such as monitoring marketing budget, forecasting monthly marketing plans, analyzing online sales, and coordinating online promotion plans. In addition, you will organise meetings and frequently communicate with EHQ/HQ.
Role & Responsibilities
As a Marketing Planning Assistant, your main role will be...
- Monitoring of Weekly/Monthly/Yearly Marketing budget based on guideline from EHQ & HQ
- Forecast monthly marketing spending and conduct the P&L analysis report for each division during month-end closing.
- Produce monthly HQ report based on major Marketing KPIs
- Organize internal and external meeting for monthly business review reports
- Updating marketing procedure from HQ and align the guidline with all internal marketing managers.
As a OBS(Online Brand shop) Project Manager, your main role will be...
- Managing Online Brand Shop operation such as Model and price registration
- Coordinating the communication for promotion planning with relevant managers and functional leaders
- Reporting on OBS project status, performance, and plans within LG Nordic and towards Global and European headquarters
- Trouble shooting technical issues within Online Brand Shop by communication with HQ/EHQ team
Relevant Skills and Competencies
Fluent verbal and written communication in Korean language, also English language
Relevant previous experience in a Finance Assistant, analyst and/or planning role. Educated to A-Level standard is an advantage
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse and disseminate significant amounts of information with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Preferrably studied master program in relation to Communication and Marketing.
Demonstrated ability to generate informative insights from rigorous analysis
Good numeric and problem solving skills
Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills preferably with detailed knowledge of V-lookup, pivot tables, Olab etc.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Highly focused and capable of sustaining a fast pace in a dynamic environment
Be able to work with little or no supervision
Good judgement – able to make practical and realistic decisions
Ability to achieve and work with tight deadlines
