Planning Coordinator

Contract type: 6 months with possibility to extend. A permanent contract after proven functioning
Availability: April 1 to September 30, 2022
Hours: Minimum of 32 hours per week
Minimum age: 25 years old
Salary: According to the collective agreement Hotel & Restaurant (HRF)
As a planning coordinator, you are an important link between customers, management, guides and other basecamp staff and you are working a lot with phone and email. You ensure that all bookings are correctly processed in the system and that all preconditions for the relevant booking are arranged. In high season you will get help from the receptionists. Your main tasks will mainly consist of invoicing, planning guides for the tour and purchasing all supplies for Basecamp such as office supplies, toilet paper etc. You will also manage the work schedule and time reports for the guides and you will be the point of contact for sick calls to put another guide on schedule. You will also keep the website and social media up to date.
A busy but varied job that you can perform at beautiful place with amazing view instead of at a dusty office!
What do we ask from you?
-Minimum 25 years old
-Verifiable experience with planning, coordinate, administration, hotel, tourism, bookings, purchasing or similar
-A valid driver's license and own transportation
-Representative, social, proactive, organized and orderly
-Perfect communication skills
-Also available in weekends and holidays
-Good Swedish and English language skills in speaking and writing. Dutch, German etc. is a big plus.
-Good computer skills
-High sense of responsibility
-Teamplayer
