In the role of Planning & Fulfillment Manager you will be responsible for the sales and operations planning procedure at the plant, be focused on aligning all functions of the organization to a sales plan, a production plan and finally a forecast to our external suppliers.
This role involves providing assistance in the development of the planning and fulfillment processes, skills and tools, working to assist in performance improvement projects. The position is reporting to Planning & Fulfillment Manager.


Your responsibilities
Sales and operations planning.
Based on market input creating a production plan and a forecast to suppliers.
Identifying root causes for non-performances and driving improvement initiatives within your area of responsibility.
Establishing and sharing best practices for operations planning inventory management and resource management.
Providing assistance to the local production planners.
Aiding the local implementation of planning technology solutions.
Compiling and sending regular reports to business leaders on planning and fulfillment and inventory performance.



Your background
A Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar, or equivalent work experience.
Experience in sales and operations planning (S&OP) and planning and fulfilment process development.
A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills, in both Swedish and English.
Knowledge of SAP and experience of production planning are a merit.
