We are looking for a Planning & Fulfillment Specialist to join our team at ABB PCP. The role involves development of the planning and fulfillment processes, skills and tools, working to assist in performance improvement projects. You will perform detailed evaluations for planning and fulfillment metrics (inventory, on-time delivery, lead-time, forecast accuracy, resource utilization).
The role will be reporting to the Global PCP Planning & Fulfillment (P&F) Director.
Your responsibilities
Supporting the P&F organization within special activities and prioritized projects. Create analyzes, reports, presentations and basis for decisions.
Specific expertise in Demand Planning and Inventory Management. Acting within the complete PCP and supply chain network.
Member of the local P&F Center Sweden Management team.
Act as super user for ERP and Business Information system and tools, providing support and training to other professionals. Identify and initiate improvements of tools and applications.
Establishing and sharing best practices for operations planning, inventory management and resource management.
Providing assistance to the local Operations Planners, Master Schedule Planner and Material planner.
Compiling and sending regular reports to business leaders on planning and fulfillment and inventory performance.
Your background
A Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field and a minimum of 4 years work experience in similar area.
Good knowledge in Excel and SAP is a requirement.
Ability to establish and coordinate a network of contacts to work within the Organization.
Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
Fluency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
