You have a passion for Customer fulfilment and people’s life at home and retailing as well as a desire for creating the future IKEA. For this role you have proven advanced training in Logistics, Sales, Customer Management or equivalent. You have a minimum 5 years of working experience as a Logistic Manager in a Customer Meeting Point (CMP) People with experience in Country positions, especially as Logistic Expansion Manager will be considerate as a plus. We believe you have experience of implementing the Retail Establishment process as well as experience in leading a multi-faceted high-volume business in complex environment. Digital retail solutions and multichannel retail competence would be another knowledge of yours. In addition, you possess proven strong interpersonal skills and multicultural experience.

• implementation of the Retail Establishment process
• how to create and implement change initiatives and manage stakeholders in IKEA
• how to set direction, create and manage long-term goals and plans and follow up on KPIs

• market fulfilment approach
• efficient logistics flows and working methods/routines and mandatories
• logistic range presentation, replenishment and operational standards
• logistic equipment and efficient fulfilment solutions
• working with logistical KPIs and parameters
• Logistic Safety and security standards
As a person you have a creative mind-set with ability to encourage creative ideas and perspectives that add value. You have a good analytical capability and ability to apply tactical and operational skills. You aspire to apply new methods, digital systems and processes to improve performance and you understand customer needs in order to challenge common ways. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
The Planning team leader for Customer fulfilment will lead a team of logistic project leaders and specialist for the planning of the new CMPs and major rebuilds, taking into consideration the overall fulfilment market set up in a multichannel environment and the retail logistic operations.
You will:
• lead a team of logistic project leaders and specialist with different logistic competences.
• lead, coach and develop a high performing team that will strongly contribute to reach the objectives and goals in group expansion.
• collaborate with other stakeholders within IKEA Ingka and CBF.
• enable all team members to share best practices with and across the organisation
• take lead in driving an open and sharing climate, being a role model of the IKEA values where our co-workers are informed, engaged and empowered
• lead positive change, and contribute to building a more unique, inclusive and accessible IKEA - guided by the People and Planet Positive commitments
• the Customer fulfilment team will support the design of the retail spaces and solutions of the new Customer Meeting Points (CMPs) and major rebuilds with focus on customer fulfilment, customer satisfaction, efficiency and operations to drive growth and broadening customer base.
• Lead the planning of the warehouse and logistic areas in the self-serve.
• be responsible for delivering a large portfolio of projects within expected quality, time and budget, by designing retail solutions in collaboration with the markets and Inter IKEA Systems
• contribute to the development of business opportunities, new technologies and innovations as well as ensure that the latest developments are utilised
• be at the forefront of new solutions and new technology in order to optimise customer experience and efficiency of CMPs
This role is based in Malmö and will report to the Customer Experience Planning Manager.
