Plant Controller

We now have an immediate opening for a result focused site controller in Stenungsund.
Main responsibilities
In your role as a Controller you will be:
Analyzing historical and future financial and business performance
Driving the budgeting and forecasting processes
Supporting business projects, proposals and investments and preparing financial scenarios
Acting as trusted partner to business stakeholders to drive decision-making
Responsible for the standard costing process
Asking a lot of questions and always, always looking for improvements!



Qualifications
Master’s degree in economics or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of experience of working as a business controller, preferably in a production environment.
Good analytical skills and the thought “I really love Excel” has occasionally crossed your mind
Good written and verbal communication skills including fluent English
Experience in SAP is a merit

This role will focus on two sites: one smaller growth site, Kvarntorp, where you are part of the site management team as well as our site in Stenungsund which is one of the largest sites in Nouryon. In Stenungsund the focus will be on our significant capex projects as well as other defined areas.
In the controlling group we are spread over eight sites in the Nordic region each being responsible for a site. We are a high-performing, diverse group of people who like to help and support each other and laugh a lot.
Additional information
This is a permanent position on a full-time basis, reporting to the Integrated Supply Chain Controller for the Nordic region and primarily based in the Stenungsund site. Regular trips to our Kvarntorp site (outside Örebro) are required. We are opening a new Nordic head-office in Gamlestan at the end of Q3 where this position could also partly be based.
