Job Description
Your contribution to something big
As a plant controller, you are business partner to the Plant Manager and to the Financial Officer, thus supporting them in steering the plant and reaching the plants targets.
You provide the management with transparency regarding the plants operational and financial performance.
Your tasks include:
Deploying productivity and other targets (e.g. budget, headcount, volume) to the organization, in close cooperation with the plant management.
Supporting the plant organization in defining measures for target fulfillment and execution of those measures.
Creating/working with standard plant performance reports (e.g. output, efficiency, cost development, headcount development).
Analyzing cost deviations and recommending countermeasures to management.
Close tracking of budgets and personnel development.
Calculating product cost (planned cost, actual costs as well as target costing).
Regular reporting of plant KPI to the plant management and to central supply chain organization.
Participation in cross plant benchmarking activities.
Performing investment calculations and investment tracking.

In your daily work, you will be part of a team of experienced controllers, that are responsible for legal entity, sales, business unit and plant controlling.


Qualifications
What distinguishes you
We are looking for someone who is interested in the heat pump business.
You have:
Excellent analytical skills and want to understand what affects the numbers.
The ability to communicate complex analysis in a way that is easy to understand.
Academic background in economics
At least between 3 and 5 years of experience in similar work, preferably from international, manufacturing companies.
Very good knowledge of English
Advanced Excel skills
Experience in SAP (advantageous).
