Plant Manager Cleanroom

• To work along our current Country manager who will retire in August 2017.
• To learn and take over day to day responsibilities, capture experience
• To manage the project to set up a alternative for the current plan in cooperation with an internal central project management
• To manage and Implement the relocation of staff and customers, establishing of processes for trouble free transition and supply
• Planning and managing the plant´s operations including building people and motivating for results
• Reporting according to the Berendsen instructions
• Building customer relations
• Ensure that the plant is on a high operational level and at the same time increasing the market position
• Networking with relevant public authorities, companies, and associations

• Relevant education/experience within one or more of the areas of production, customer handling and distribution
• Academic degree, minimum BA level
• Experience in project management
• Analytical and financial management skills
• Excellent service orientation
• Self-confident, communication strength and empathetic personality with sense of values
• Preferring teamwork and using a coaching approach to empower others to reach their goals
• Fluent in English
• Professional knowledge of MS office
