Platform Product Manager

Lendo is already well established in the Nordics, and we are now going through a hyper-growth phase as we are scaling the concept to Europe and beyond. To reach our goals we have built a new state-of-the-art platform.

Transferability across markets, agile scaling capacity, and strong local edge will be important responsibilities for you as a Platform Product Manager. This is a key position for the success of Lendo’s expansion reporting directly to the CTO and acting as a link between the Expansion Managers and the engineering teams

In order to rationally prioritize products, you need to have a good grasp of the strategic vision of Lendo. You will have a broad spectrum of stakeholders such as customers, banks, product managers, engineers and the senior management team. Managing all these parties in a professional way by understanding their varying needs is a key skill in this position.

It is essential that you collaborate closely with the engineering teams and take full responsibility for product backlog and release planning.

Daily tasks will include but not be limited to:

Defining technical feasibility in different projects

Predicting, identifying and resolving roadblocks

Facilitating meetings between stakeholders


In order to deliver results at a fast pace, you will need prioritization, project management, and communication skills. You accomplish results through inclusiveness and excellent teamwork. This is only the beginning, and throughout each expansion, you will utilize the experience you have gained to make each and every launch even more successful.

We think that you have a technical background in combination with an entrepreneurial mindset and a can-do attitude. You are passionate about working in an international environment, you are fluent in Swedish and English and preferably speak another European language. You enjoy traveling, sometimes on short notice.
