About the role

In the role of a Platform Support Developer, you will be part of a dedicated team who is responsible for the development, maintenance, and support of our unique platform - which is used daily by 1300 coworkers and that makes life easier for our 380 000 customers across the globe.
You will primarily work with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support and maintenance support for internal and external customers and SaaS customers. The role includes bug fixes and maintenance with focus on both Backend and Frontend. The work varies a lot, so you will be handling diverse tasks at the same time, meaning that you will keep updated and learn and develop constantly.
The platform is unique in the sense that it is developed specifically for the property community. We have in a very short time positioned ourselves as a leading and innovative player on the market. We have great plans for the future, with amazing growth in sight, including a global expansion.
The development team consists of 35 people today, with an expected global growth of 100 by the end of 2023.
Who you are
We believe that you are a positive, responsible person who enjoys taking your own initiatives, who is able to drive ideas from start to finish, and at the same time be a team player. You strive for developing yourself both personally and technically and you really enjoy helping others. You are a great communicator who can explain complex concepts to all kinds of users, no matter their knowledge level.
Experience
- Ideally, you have some kind of technical background or education.
- Any kind of Customer Service experience
- Knowledge in programming and/or web development (PHP/Angular)
- A genuine interest in technology
- Ability to express yourself clearly in English and Swedish both verbally and in writing
- It’s also great if you have previous experience in technical support.
- Any knowledge from our tech stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP/Slim and Angular), is also very appreciated.
Location
Our office is located on the top floor in the newly built Sthlm 04, which offers stunning views over Stockholm. You can work remotely as long as you can come to the office a couple of days per week.
