Then the position as Global Expert PLC Tools within Global Quality might be the next step for you. The Global Quality team within Services/Quality & Technical Support works together with clusters and central organisations to enable consistent PLC process performance to enhance customer satisfaction.
What you will do
As a Global Expert PLC Tools you will be responsible for driving and coordinating development and continuous improvement of the tools used in PLC process.
Main responsibilities:
· Support business stakeholders in translating user needs into tool requirements
· Drive PLC tools changes through projects and continuous improvements activities
· Prioritise end user requirements and secure implementation together with Global IM
· Drive continuous improvement activities as well as train, support and coach end-users
· Give an expertise support by participating in or driving cross-organizational projects that influence PLC process and tool
Who you are
We believe that you are a person with lot of energy, autonomy, strong drive for results and great collaboration skills.
As Global Expert PLC Tools you will need strong analytical skills, the ability to capture end user needs and translate them into technical requirements for Global IM.
Process orientation, service attitude and focus on results will also be essential to the success of this position as well as the ability to place priority and structure to work related matters.
Experience of QuTI-P (SAP CRM), Business Object or other tools used will be an advantage.
You have very good communication skills and to build and maintain successful relations with stakeholders comes natural to you.
