Our Exciting Opportunity
In Networks PLCM organization we proactively drive product/portfolio lifecycle management and supply chains optimizing profitability, quality, and lead time to fulfil business and customer needs. We are an organization with supply chain design, supply product management and master data responsibility in Group Supply.
We are now searching for an expert strategy manager to join the Business Development & Operations team. The strategy manager will drive and contribute to PLCM strategy and diverse strategic analysis, projects, and activities across Supply and Business Area Networks.

You will
Drive Networks Supply portfolio strategy development (roadmap, volume & return sites etc.) and portfolio related strategic analysis to enable competitive and future proof Supply
Develop Supply chains & infrastructure strategy ensuring supply chains adapted to future business needs
Drive strategic projects
Define and align strategic changes
Contribute to Business Area Networks and Supply strategic projects and cross functional strategic improvement projects

Required Qualifications
Academic degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or Supply Chain related field.
Proven experience with project management, consulting, strategy, or other related experience. including leading multiple projects simultaneously and working in ambiguous environments and situations.
Effective leadership and collaboration skills working with cross-functional teams
Understanding of finance, strategy development, Supply is a plus
Strategic mentality, strong analytical skills, structured with problem-solving abilities.
Superb networking, communication, and presentation skills, including senior management stakeholders. Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships.
