Assignment Description:
We are looking for a PLM Business Analyst to play a key role in the development of the future PDM tools that we strive to develop within the next 5-year time span. You will lead the solution and method development in the key areas of PDM like Product Configuration, Product Structures and Product Change Management.
What you'll do:
● Act as Business analyst in the PDM area, and actively contribute to identifying and describing the business needs.
● Develop conceptual PDM solutions and processes and specify and prioritise business requirements.
● Lead and develop methods and IT tools in the PDM domain, drive high analytical technical efforts towards teams and estimates on developments.
● Work close with the team, architects and product owners and collect requirements, wishes and views from requirements store operations, and other stakeholders to ensure that the solution matches the requirements.
● Ensure that the requirements are in sync with people who must approve and collaborate with all involved BA/System Specialists to include the overall requirements.
● Making sure requirements are in sync with other initiatives /projects that our solution has dependencies on.
● Providing assurance that developed solution covers needs and requirements.
● Formulate the requirements in such a way that they can be taken further for development and creation of test cases.
Who you are:
● Experience in Business analysis and Operational/Method development, with skills in Teamcenter or similar PDM applications.
● Possess skills in KDP or similar PDM applications and experience in Automotive or similar product development.
● Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills of English language.
● Technical academic education, preferably Master of Science or similar degree, with strong workshop facilitation knowledge.
