Job Description
Our 4,700+ stores account for most of our sales and are a strategic advantage for H&M Group. They play a crucial role in attracting customers and showing the DNA of each brand. Right now, we are transforming them into the shopping experience of the future!
We are looking for a PLM/CAD Architect who will contribute to the mission of empowering H&M Group with tools to efficiently design, share and visualize Interior Products and physical stores, vital to our customers' shopping experience.
As PLM/CAD Architect, you will work closely with the Product Owner and be responsible for maintaining and updating existing PLM and CAD related software; develop new solutions to address specific needs and solve business problems and contribute to all development activities in accordance with appropriate methodologies and application of a repeatable, systematic, and quantifiable approach to the development process.
Specific areas of responsibility include:
· Driving the design, development, pipelines, and deployment of key PLM and CAD applications
· Communicating with product management and other teams about interfaces and dependencies
· Working with all aspects of application management at an enterprise level, including client/server installations, configurations, packaging, deployment, maintenance, and support
· Integrating with DevOps infrastructure for continuous build, test, and deployment
· Assessing new technologies and determining solution for enterprise implementation
· Creating and implementing the technical roadmap of the product


Qualifications
We are looking for you who have:
· 5+ years of experience with administration of Siemens Teamcenter PLM applications and related CAD applications, preferably in the retail industry
· Knowledge in Active Workspace architecture, configuration, and customization
· Knowledge in infrastructure and operational aspects of Teamcenter implementation and deploy
· Development experience in Java script, C++, C#, DB admin
· Experience in working Agile, Scrum and/or DevOps
· Understanding of working with solutions in the Cloud, preferably Azure
· Knowledge about integration, APIs and events
· Experience of software testing, quality assurance and solutions testing including automation
· Outstanding analytical, problem solving, planning, and abstract thinking
· Ability to work both independently as well as in a team setting
· Fluency in English, both spoken and written
