Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior PLM Key User Support Specialist to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Guide and support employees in utilizing Teamcenter effectively.
Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for employees.
Participate in meetings with the business to align system usage with organizational goals.
Collaborate with PLM architects to ensure system functionality aligns with business processes.
Lead or participate in various business networks focused on system development.
Contribute to the creation of training materials for future system releases.
What You Bring:
Ability to comprehend and integrate business flows with system logic.
Proficiency in spoken and written English.
Strong organizational and structured work approach.
Familiarity with Siemens Teamcenter or similar PLM systems (preferred).
Experience in producing training materials and planning training courses (preferred).
Understanding of information models.
Excellent social and pedagogical skills for guiding and explaining system usage to colleagues.
Interest in the digital transformation of a product development organization evolving into a service company.
