Sandvik Coromant is right now into big changes – such as one of the biggest current ERP implementations of the Nordic region, as well as AI and increased automation – all in order to create a seamless flow of information across our organization. We’re therefore searching for the right person to join our PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) team – Team POBS (Product Offer Business Solutions). Team POBS is a fusion team with a dozen knowledgeable business analysts and IT professionals and is a key player in the revolution towards a fully digitalized organization. The job
In this job you get to apply your PLM knowledge early in the production process, and work towards a global field of construction and design. You work closely with our PLM business users and our operational line organization, making sure that our processes are supportive and developing according to plan. You’re involved in business process changes, designing and requesting upgrades and system implementations.
PLM is the master for all product related data at Sandvik Coromant. You provide a secure and reliable basic product data structure for all products, in all adequate business processes. Your job is to manage the whole product lifecycle, which makes it possible to create, maintain and phase out products.
This position gives you flexibility to choose your own working location within a time zone corresponding to Sweden, although regular physical presence at our site in Sandviken is expected to strengthen relations and keep a good team spirit.

Our agile way of working
Team POBS has two Application Product Owners making the overall sprint plan from business needs and prioritized activities. The team is good at distributing the work in the group to ensure efficiency. Morning meetings are held every morning and the progress of all activities is followed on the sprint planner board. Two scrum masters are leading the dialogue. Through retrospectives continuous improvements in ways of working are identified and implemented. You will join a team that shows good cooperation and great trust in each other.


What you need to succeed
University degree within a relevant field, or equivalent knowledge acquired through work experience
Solid experience within PLM processes and tools
Knowledge and experience of working with product development processes in a larger corporation or company
Good English communication skills


Nice to have
Knowledge and experience of SAP
Knowledge of SAP MDG, Master Data Governance
Experience of Agile way of working
Swedish language skills
