PLM Process- & Systems Manager

What you'll do
The PLM function within Cytiva consists out of 15 employees who work globally with systems such as MAGIC (Enovia PLM), xCAD and Sales-& Product Configurator platform.
As a Process & System Manager you will work with the business and IT to ensure strategic, tactical and operational alignment in order to standardize processes and improve associated system capabilities to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
Responsible for developing processes (mainly design related) and associated system capabilities (mainly MAGIC=Cytiva PLM) to maximize productivity, whilst ensuring compliance, scalability/growth and alignment with overall business priorities
Drive/enforce process standardization within engineering- and compliance area to enable growth and ultimately improve outcome for our customers and the business
Through effective global and horizontal teamwork/collaboration, develop and drive continuous improvement of engineering- and compliance processes and associated system capabilities
Support relevant sub-businesses and functions and translate their needs and functional requirements into enhancement requests (projects and jobjars) to be delivered by IT (or Cloud/SaaS vendors).
Responsible for documentation, training, testing and end user support (expert level)
Global User Council Chairman for a MAGIC area be active in the global Governance Board

Who you are
BSc degree in Engineering/Technology or related field / or equivalent knowledge or experience
Strong leadership/Project Manager skills
Proven ability to work with cross-functional, multi-cultural teams and deliver results in an ambiguous-, dynamic- and multi-stakeholder environment
Long experience from standardization, process- and systems improvements
Skilled Coach, Influencer and Change Agent
Proven business/financial acumen, including demonstrated ability to motivate, influence, solve complex problems and drive change at all levels of a global matrix organization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English (oral and written)
Willing to travel domestically and internationally
