Solution Expert Windchill/CAD
VCE Digital & IT Site Support & Digital Transformation supports our site managers and user with IT tools including IT hardware and local and global application support. We also bring new ideas and best practices to our sites as we all continue our journey towards our digital future.
We are now looking for a Solution Expert within Windchill/Creo/Catia
As Solution Expert for Windchill and CAD systems you will be the first line support, contributing to the overall delivery of our local VCE Digital & IT Site Support team.

Main tasks
You will be the first line support towards both local and remote users of our Windchill PLM system with its integrated CAD solutions. Together with a global team, you will find solutions to the challenges we are facing. You will also be part of the maintenance team for the systems concerned and participate in projects driving Volvo CE’s ambitions for the future. It is important that you have an innovative and creative mind-set in order to solve issues and continuously improve our delivery.
The main tasks for this position are;
Direct support of Windchill users and integrated CAD applications
Review and develop methods and guidelines for end users to be more efficient
Conduct key user meetings
Propose enhancements for the maintenance team to improve functionality
Test new functionality and upgrades before deployment
Communicate upcoming changes to the user community
Manage end user training needs
Required competencies
Documented experience and knowledge from PLM associated applications and integrations, Windchill/Creo/Catia
Good understanding of end users daily operations and processes
Excellent problem solving ability
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to establish and maintain good relations with your stakeholders
Fluent in English and Swedish, both verbally and in writing
