Mölnlycke is now looking for a new PLM Specialist to join our Operational Excellence team. In this role, you will report to our Director PLM and Data Management and be located at our global HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden.

PURPOSE OF POSITION
The PLM specialist will manage and take tactical and operational decision, related to our Global PLM system, related documentation, training and other product data management tasks.
Develop best practice for Mölnlycke PLM way of working
Responsible for PLM key user community
Govern & manage PLM related RFCs
Backlog grooming for PLM implementations
Training to PLM users globally
Manage product data management activities


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
The PLM specialist is accountable for
Developing PLM way of working globally at Mölnlycke. (Set standards & improve/challenge standards)
Managing the PLM key user community, best practice sharing with Business Areas
facilitating, directing questions, escalations to Business Governance forum
Secure that business requirements are prioritized appropriately in the PLM development backlog
Perform UAT (User Acceptance Test) for new/improved functionalities in PLM system
Develop and host necessary trainings for PLM and master data-related topics
Assure relevant QMS-documentations are possible to fulfill with the configurations implemented in PLM-system
Applicable dialogue with PLM-related suppliers
Contribute to CRUD (Create Read Update Delete) ownership on product-related data
Data management information on the Hub – Introduction to newcomers, e.g. explanation of data management and system landscape
Secure the structure for quality of product master data throughout the product lifecycle in accordance to external and internal stakeholder requirements, e.g EHS data requirements, UDI data, Regulatory requirements, Commercial requirements, Clinical requirements


KEY DECISIONS
Tactical and operational decision on global PLM and data management roadmap including system capabilities and proposed best practice
Operational decisions focusing on improving processes and practices to increase product data initiative’s efficiency and quality


CAPABILITIES; QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum 5 years in relevant business area
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Life Sciences or equivalent business experience
Experience from working in PLM and ERP-systems and managing product master data
Experience from working in medical device, health care industry is an advantage
Knowledge of design control related to medical devices (e.g ISO 13485/ CFR part 820)
Good written and oral communication skills
Strong analytic skills
Good knowledge of product data structures and modelling
Decision-making capabilities
