PLM Technical Sales also known as PreSales plays a critical role in developing customer relationships, clarify the value of our solutions, and reach the Technical Win. Whether it's speaking directly to customers about business challenges, industry trends or the competitor landscape, you deal directly with customers to enable sales of our market leading industrial software solutions. Key responsibilities
Lead and drive cases related to sales opportunities from a technical perspective, working closely with the Account Manager.
Define business value, create, and show process-based demonstrations, based on customer use cases and requirements.
Actively contribute and participate in benchmarks and proof of concept, as well as responding to customer requests (RFx).
Align the vision from executives to leaders, drive business discussions, and ensure a smooth handover to service.
Guide and challenge customers to understand the value of our portfolio, Digital Twin, and broader Siemens solutions, increasing industry knowledge.
Collaborate within the team, build, and maintain a global Siemens network.
Continuously Grow by increasing your knowledge, within the PLM domain, in relation to industries, and stay informed about portfolio developments and competitor solutions.



Key qualifications
Hands-on experience with using and adopting Teamcenter and Active Workspace or equivalent PLM solutions.
Industry experience such as for Automotive & Transportation, Electronics & Semiconductor, or Aerospace & Defense.
Proficient in software sales with a focus on PLM and Digitalization, encompassing design, manufacturing, and maintenance expertise.
Knowledgeable about SaaS offerings and cloud utilization.
Strong understanding of business processes and organizational structures.
Skilled communicator (proficient in Swedish and English) comfortable engaging with employees, project leaders, department heads, and executives at all levels.
Capable of conveying the value of PLM within the broader context of the Digital Thread.
Autonomous and flexible, able to travel for short periods.
Degree in engineering or related technical field.
