Job Description
Not only are we growing at a rapid rate, but we also have an ambitious growth plan ahead of us. With this role as a PMO Manager (Program Management Office Manager), we aim to develop our infrastructure further, to support, ensure and enable the successful delivery of our strategy.
Initially, you will be focusing on being the project leader for some of our inspiring projects related to our international expansion. In the second phase, in addition to your projects, you will take more significant responsibility for overseeing other projects in the organization.
You will have sight of all initiatives, projects, and programs, both in progress and the ones in the pipeline, and work with senior leadership to prioritize and roadmap them. You will ensure that all progress is visible and executed to best-practice standards.
As our PMO Manager, you will:
- Act as a project leader in your projects to explore new opportunities and develop existing operations
- Build and maintain a portfolio view giving senior management visibility of all existing and pipeline initiatives, enabling capacity planning and business impact management
- Work with the delivery team in different projects to identify and implement project management processes, methods, tools, guidelines, and standards
- Establish a stable framework that supports all project teams and stakeholders to improve the probability of successful project delivery
Qualifications and personal qualities:
- 3-5 years working experience with project management, meritorious if from management consulting
- Degree in business administration or a related field
- Proven track record from running successful projects
- The ability to operate effectively within an organization where some of the areas of responsibility or accountability would need to be delivered via influence and relationships rather than all under your control
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and with more than one team, and broad stakeholder landscape (at all levels) at a time
- Fluent in English
