The Project Management Office has been created to reinforce the focus on driving towards excellence in project management competence and practices, as well as on coordinating management of TPPS project portfolio, to assure best project management performance.
As a Service Manager in the PMO office you will support project managers/leaders within all Platforms (projects and lines) in order to deliver the best product quality on time and within project budget.
Your responsibilities will be to foster, coach and support organization in:
WBS logic and creation and update
Activities network creation and update
MS project plan creation and control
Risk management
Change management
Budget creation & cost control
Integration management
Stakeholders management
Project team motivation and management

Kvalifikationer

As Service Manager A you'll be directly involved in priority projects execution driving projects and project managers/leaders towards project management excellence in terms of available methodologies, hard and soft skills.

We believe that you are a person that strives to make a difference. You have a high level of communication and people understanding. You are flexible and have a supporting/coaching mindset.

You probably have a university degree within Business Administration or Engineering. For the position you will need to have at least 3 years of experience of project management in a development environment. If you are certified in PMI this will be considered as a merit.1.
