This is where you come into the picture!
As PMO Support, you will be responsible for administration and coordination-related activities in our PMO. You will be one of our key employees to support with coordination and administration tasks. You report to the Head of Financial Development.
A normal day at work:
• Provides administrative and coordinating support to ensure efficient operation of our PMO (preparing and coordinating governance meetings)
• Perform administrative tasks such as preparing materials, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
• Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and speeding up work performance.
• Exhibits polite and professional communication by phone, email and mail.
• Support the head of PMO by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
• Provides information by answering questions and requests.
• Contributes to team effort by achieving related results as needed.
• Support in preparing presentations and agendas for forums
• Support continuous improvement initiatives

The service requires:
• Degree in business administration, economics or equivalent educational background with knowledge of economics, organizational development, Business Controlling, FP&A.
• Reporting skills
• Administrative writing skills
• Microsoft Office skills. Knowledge of working with Power BI is a plus
