The ERP landscape is based on SAP S/4 Hana and the Finance project team works cross-functionally with other streams such as Source-To-Pay and Order-To-Cash, Plan -To-Manufacture, etc. to fulfill Scania’s end-to-end process approach in a global context. Another important angle is the tight collaboration with other Finance transformation projects e.g. in the analytics and group consolidation area.
Your Contribution
We are seeking an experienced PMO support with project manager capabilities to contribute to the success of our Finance Core project.
In this setting you will contribute with:
Empower Teams: Facilitate collaboration and inspire teams to reach their full potential
Streamline Processes: Implement efficient project workflows and WoW that pave the way for smoother project execution.
Drive Success: Monitor project performance and celebrate milestones to keep motivation high.
Cultivate Best Practices: Share knowledge and tools that elevate best practices (from a value-driven perspective) across PMOs and other projects cross-functional
Enhance Communication: Foster open dialogue among stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
Manage Risks: Identify and mitigate challenges proactively, turning obstacles into opportunities for growth.
Support Innovation: Encourage creative problem-solving to drive continuous improvement and project success.

These tasks not only highlight the role's responsibilities but also emphasize the positive impact on team dynamics and project outcomes
Key areas
Responsible for the PMO and all interactions with other PMOs cross-functional
Responsible for preparations of several different key stakeholder communications, e.g. steering committee material, newsletters, decision-material, meeting invites, arrangement of meetings
Responsible for progress follow-up both status, time and cost, and resource overview for the project
Tightly cooperate with the project manager and sub-project managers to support in daily steering
Preparation and driving workshops and planning events
Act as project manager for decided areas

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in PMO support
Experience in agile methodologies
Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and empower teams
Proven communication and stakeholder management skills
