You are part of a global cross-functional team that drives business performance through automation, mainly focusing on People Experience (PX) and the team within Corporate Worklife area in order to realize the objectives set out in the Volvo Car Group’s Corporate Strategy. In cooperation with other colleagues within People Experience (PX), CWL-Manage Corporate cluster, and the Central Intelligent Automation team who governs the platform, you and your team provide technical expertise and guidance. As Product Owner in the Intelligent Automation product within CWL-Manage Corporate cluster, you will be working with new technologies focused on automating and simplifying work life for our colleagues. We are automating processes that impact mainly People Experience (PX) and other teams within the Corporate Worklife area. Your key areas of work will be:
* Continue driving the People Experience (PX) automation transformation forward
* Identifying new process opportunities into the backlog, accurately analyzing, estimating, and quickly assessing automation feasibility and required technologies
* Designing and implementing chatbot solutions for Volvo Cars, with a heavy focus on People Experience (PX) user journeys
* Designing and driving automation process solutions together with stakeholders, SMEs and automation developers that simplifies the lives of our people
* Communicating with our stakeholders on benefits delivered from our team
* Problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of automation workflows and providing timely responses and solutions as required
* Leading an agile team through SAFe
What you'll do
You will identify and drive the future solutions for the Intelligent Automation at Volvo Cars, mainly focusing on People Experience (PX) enabling the use of the solutions on a technical level and driving innovation by enabling new tech solutions for PX and the rest of Corporate Functions with the use of automation tools. In addition to work on new RPA solutions you will also gather business and user requirements to provide new technical solutions within Chatbots and other new tech.
Our extended team is global with team members in Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Madrid, and all communication and dialogues are predominantly in English.
Who you are
We’re looking for someone who really builds the trust of our stakeholders to continue bringing them forward on the automation journey. You enjoy working in a cross-functional and global environment where you drive to make a difference.
You’re also hands on and eager to learn new technologies and wants to develop new digital skills, as well as teaching others and spreading the word. Previous knowledge in how to apply RPA, Chatbots, AI, and automation in general is highly appreciated. A degree in HR, IT, or similar is meritorious but not required.
