You will lead the People & Organization agenda within the Light Agriculture Business Unit. Based on the BU strategic initiatives, you will be responsible for developing the organization to achieve its long-term goals.
Together with the P&O team, you will have a strong focus on developing a high performing culture within the BU, aligned with the Husqvarna Division leadership values and Husqvarna Group’s Key Behaviors. A strong priority for you will be to strengthen the organization and enhance the capabilities needed in order to deliver the current and future business’ needs.
In addition, you will lead the Talent Management agenda within the BU (Performance Management, Talent Management and Employee Engagement) having a strong focus in Succession Planning.
In this role, you will report to the VP P&O Husqvarna Forest & Garden Division

Responsibilities:
You define and drive a BU-level P&O strategic roadmap aligned with the BU's overall strategy and reflecting the Division and Group People strategies. You coordinate with Division and Group Specialized P&O to secure needed insights into BU development.
You will ensure that the BU strategic workforce planning is in place and in line with Division and BU needs. You will also make sure that our workforce capabilities evolve in line with business strategies.
You will optimize the BU organizational structure and ensure BU teams have the organizational pre-requisites for success. You will drive BU-level organization and team change and negotiates with labor partners.
You will anchor Divisional People processes and strategic HR initiatives with the BU management team (and BU P&O), guaranteeing that these processes and initiatives are delivered with the required timeline, quality and cost in the BU.
You will diagnose the need and define the path for change in BU; you will drive change through skillful implementation and take a systematic approach to understand the business
You will lead strategic P&O and business projects, aligned with the overall P&O strategy from Group and the Division, across multiple countries/regions
You will secure that the annual Talent Review process is well anchored and executed in the BU and ensure regular cadence of Talent Review follow-up in the BU management team. You will identify opportunities for internal mobility related to BU positions and employees and ensure strong succession planning in place for BU positions.
You will support BU managers and teams through the performance management cycle, ensuring high-quality, SMART target setting, follow up and that development actions are taken in a timely manner.
You will promote and safeguard Husqvarna Group culture and ensure Divisional culture initiatives are successfully executed in the BU. Drive business to lead according to Division Leadership principles (i.e. GROW)
You will be an active management team member, contributing perspectives and supporting and challenging colleagues in business decisions. You will act as a sounding board and provide feedback to leadership team on people implications of management decisions and impact on business.
Relevant background
10 + years of experience within HR; 3-5 years leadership experience or proven business and leadership success
MSc. in HRM, psychology or similar education in business admin and/or HR Management
Experience from coaching and challenging senior leaders
Experience from operating in a global organization and drive change through the organization
Strong commercial understanding (business acumen)
Ability to link the business strategy to HR
Ability to translate the HR or People Strategy into concrete action plans; ability to maintain multiple streams of work and activities simultaneously
Effectively interacts and manages unions, government and industry bodies
