Polestar has a new take on automotive retail, unlike conventional car dealerships or showrooms, Polestar Spaces (https://about.polestar.com/spaces/) are carefully designed, unique retail environments. Our Spaces are centrally located, staffed with product (and service-) specialists, and echo's the design language of Polestar.

We are now opening our third (!) Space in Sweden, and are looking for service minded stars to be a part of the journey from the very beginning! This new space will be located in in Södertull, Malmö.

In this role, as a Space Specialist, you will together with the team make sure to consistently deliver an incredible educational, immersive, and exciting experience to all their current and future customers. The team constitute Polestar’s front line and are our brand advocates, supporting our mission by creating memorable experiences for their visitors.



What you'll do

The main purpose in this role is to make sure that visitors get support to learn about Polestar from the moment they walk into our Space. We want to deliver an unforgettable equally innovative customer experience, just as the cars themselves.

As a Polestar Specialist, you will introduce people to our Polestar cars and services. Turning curiosity into intense interest, you will build and maintain long-term business relationships with your customers. It´s your role to engage guests by answering their questions and providing a tailored experience based upon their specific interests and agenda.

We also believe that you:

- Have experience from service and working with retail in a progressive and client-oriented environment

- Have an interest and a curiosity to change the car industry, and therefore we encourage applicants from different industries

- Are fluent in Swedish and preferably in English
- Are able to work evenings and weekends after a set schedule


This role will require a valid driver’s license, an acceptable safe driving record.
