POLESTAR SPECIALIST TO THE NEW POLESTAR SPACE IN MALMÖ

Polestar is expanding. They are detail obsessed, performance focused and determined to make the most advanced and exciting electric cars the world has ever seen. They need people who share their vision and WorkShop are now recruiting Polestar Specialist’s for Polestar Space, managed by Bra Bil in central Malmö.

The Polestar Space will bring a new approach to automotive retail. In contrast to the traditional car dealership, Polestar Spaces will be creative environments where you can physically interact with both their digital brand and their product experts. You’ll also be able to examine the inner workings of the car, as well as having the opportunity to take them for test drives without compromise. 

What you’ll do
At the beginning of your journey at Polestar, you will work in a temporary destination at Mobilia, providing an excellent customer experience and test drives to visitors. Meanwhile, Polestar will build up a stationary Space where you will continue your journey. After the Space opening you will together with the Space team make sure to consistently deliver on an incredible educational, immersive, and exciting experience to all their current and future customers. The Space team constitute Polestar’s front line and are their brand advocates, supporting their mission by creating memorable experiences for their visitors.

You will make sure that visitors get support to learn about Polestar from the moment they walk into the Space. As a Polestar Specialist, you will introduce people to the exciting vehicle and services from Polestar, turning curiosity into intense interest, building and maintaining long-term business relationships with your customers. It´s your role to excite guests by answering their questions and providing a tailored experience based upon their specific interests and agenda.


Who are you?
As a person, you are flexible, curious, creative and enthusiastic, have a strong and customer focus and thrive on interactions with customers as well as with the team. You have strong communication skills and are a person who make things happen. It is also important to be able communicate in a transparent and human-centric manner to maintain an open and trusting environment within your area of the business.

We also see that you


• have experience from service and working with retail in a progressive and client-oriented environment
• have an interest and a curiosity to change the car industry, and therefore we encourage applicants from different industries
• are fluent in English and Swedish
• are super service minded and solution-oriented

This role will require a valid driver’s license, an acceptable safe driving record, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Hours: Fulltime, weekdays and weekends
Start: 11th August 2021
Workplace: Polestar Space, managed by Bra Bil in central Malmö
