In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our port operations, responsible for ensuring the seamless and efficient flow of traffic through our terminals. With a focus on safety, leadership, and customer experience, you'll lead a dedicated team to deliver outstanding service to our drivers and passengers. Some of your key responsibilities:
- Ensure day-to-day management of all operational activities to achieve safe and efficient port operations while maintaining vessel schedules.
- Lead by example in our behaviors, guidance, and a learning mindset - inspire the team to follow our values
- Ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded through exceptional customer service and a seamless Port Experience, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain compliance with all company and regulatory Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) procedures, conducting regular safety audits, toolbox talks, and inspections to uphold standards.
- Coordinate responses to emergencies or critical incidents, ensuring all employees are well-trained in emergency procedures to maintain safety and security.

Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience within the maritime, transport, or logistics industry.
- Several years of hands-on experience in maritime operations.
- Thorough knowledge of HSSE and employee relations regulations.
- Possession of a valid driving license (B), preferably also for forklifts, tugs, or other heavy vehicles.
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
