Port Excellence & Planning Analyst

Are you the analytical person with a drive for results? As Port Excellence & Planning Analyst you will plan, bring structure, analyze, follow up and take the lead in creating processes for our management team and Ports and Terminals at large. 

Further on, you will define adequate documentation of operating procedures and support the management team with annual planning and overall governance. You will be the excellent back-office operations of COO Port and Terminals and Head of Port Development in terms of roadmaps, and project tracking including required governance and decision materials for Port & Terminals business plan and board updates, and so forth.

Who you are
At Stena Line your personality matters as much as how good you are at what you do. We believe you have previous experience working as a management consultant, business analyst or equivalent, where you are used to effectively analyzing a lot of data in a complex environment and made use of it to improve structure, process and follow up.

You’re an excellent communicator and have a good ability to create a visible structure to be easily understood by stakeholders. You have an eye for detail in everything you do and are able to see the bigger picture, being able to plan both short- and long-term.

For this role, you also need to have the ability to analyze complex situations or abstract concepts to compile insight. You are a curious mind and have a passion for learning new things and good ability to do so.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience of operational process development within a large company context.
- Fluent in English, both verbally and written.

The role can be adjusted according to the level of seniority.
