WHO ARE WE?
Strategic Product Planning (SPP) is a highly strategic and influential function within Group Trucks Technology (GTT), as we support the entire Volvo Group navigate the transformation and set the direction of a visionary and holistic product plan driving the Group’s long terms ambitions.
We are passionate about defining, analyzing and translating business requirements and user needs into meaningful and desirable commercial solutions. THE POSITION
At Product Portfolio Management we lead and coordinate the work to develop and govern the Group Trucks Product Portfolio and its associated R&D budget. We are now strengthening our team with a Portfolio Business Analyst. In your role you will define and support the SPP way-of-working with Product Plan breakdown and its relation to engineering roadmaps, including implementation of system support to simplify and visualize the Product Plan content and financial information. You will provide data and in-depth understanding of the long-term financial impact of the Group Trucks customer offering and overall Product Portfolio. You will be a crucial part of our team and will work closely with Portfolio Management, Product Planning, Finance and other key stakeholders within Group Trucks.
In this position you will lead, drive and facilitate operational and strategic tasks and you will be a key player to ensure alignment between different communities.


WHO ARE YOU?
Probably you have several years of experience in portfolio management and financial planning. We believe you got strong business analyst capabilities and that you are used to drive business analysis through various data sources.
You are experienced in using numerical, statistical and analytical methods to apply data processing and you possess strong analytical abilities and master the task to address complex questions with a data-driven approach.
You analyze data using the latest business intelligence techniques, master advanced Excel, Power Query and have experience and interest of tools such as BI solutions and SAP. You can identify commercial opportunities and suggest way forward by leveraging data and models.
Your great appetite to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including the ability to present and visualize information clearly, have over the years given you the experience to influence stakeholders at all levels.
