Aligned to this vision, the Manufacturing Data and Analytics Hub is responsible for the development and management of Data Products and Analytics Products for the Manufacturing function which enable greater efficiency and better decision-making across Manufacturing.

The Portfolio Lead is a strategic leader who oversees the development and management of a comprehensive use case portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, technology expertise, and project management, ensuring use cases align with organizational goals and deliver tangible results.
What you’ll do
Portfolio Management:
Manage the use case portfolio lifecycle, including use case initiation, prioritization, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.
Define and maintain a standardized approach for use case development, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and value proposition for each use case.
Oversee the quality and completeness of use cases throughout the development process.
Manage data to day portfolio management activities (GATE 0 meeting, etc)
Leadership & Collaboration:
Collaborate with transformation lead to facilitate cross domain collaboration
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across departments to ensure use cases address their needs and priorities.
Champion the value of use cases within the organization, overcoming resistance and promoting data-driven decision making.
Technical Expertise:
Possess a strong understanding of various technologies relevant to the use case portfolio.
Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and assess their potential for inclusion in the use case portfolio.
What you’ll bring
Proven experience in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile).
Strong understanding of portfolio management principles , frameworks, process optimization, and technology trends.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to bridge the gap between business and technical teams.
Leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Analytical skills to assess the feasibility and potential impact of use cases.
Additional Desirable Skills:
Experience with data analysis and visualization techniques.
Experience in developing and managing a portfolio of projects.
