As our new Portfolio Manager, you will be a part of a global leading company where our vision is to make food safe and available everywhere. Within Tetra Pak European Markets we are looking for an experienced, highly motivated person to take the position Portfolio Manager – Separators. You will join a small but great team, that are working closely with our colleagues in the markets and business sector. You will be responsible for a portfolio of products that we are investing in with new products and market segments to develop. This is great opportunity to be very active in Tetra Pak’s strategic growth and develop new paths.
What you will do
In this role you will be responsible to develop the separator business and provide technical expertise across the European markets. Your role is to contribute with application knowledge and sales support to drive growth. You will be a part of a team dedicated to growing the key component business in Europe.
The position will be based in Lund, Sweden - and requires travelling about 30% of your time.
You will focus on
Supporting market sales efforts by conducting presentations to gain technical and commercial acceptance by customers.
Providing technical expertise across the region of Europe
Acting as a subject matter expert for European markets, both internally and externally
Providing training and support to all sales channels to improve competence in separation
Providing recommendations for product development and improvements and drive deployments of new products
Contributing to strategy development and marketing plan to drive sales and market share
Support collaboration with key suppliers
Assisting markets in preparing quotations

We believe you have
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills and can communicate with customers and internal stakeholder at all levels and capable of managing their expectations
Solid business awareness and a good customer understanding
A passion to develop our business
Engineering degree combined with deep knowledge in dairy and other separator applications
Excellent English skills, both written and oral is a must, other major European language is an advantage
