Portfolio Manager

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

- Develop a holistic view of development prioritization to reach target state in product and distribution areas

- Collaborate with stakeholders across the whole bank from business areas, IT & product development, strategy, and processes amongst others

- Capture and track corporate customer’s needs, offering gaps, prioritization, describing current and target state

- Monitor progress towards the overall target state and corporate strategic goals and vision

- Coordinate corporate input to the investment plan, aligning with Business owners and Senior Management stakeholders ensuring one corporate voice to ePMO, incl. preparing material for Senior Management

- Administrate the reporting of the Corporate Business Development Portfolio



What is needed in this role:

- Experience working in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders and dependencies

- Excellent ability to communicate complex topics in a simple way, from the bigger strategic picture to more technical details

- Excellent structure, planning and prioritization skills, high delivery capacity, and ability to deliver under pressure and changing circumstances

- Track record of creating a good working environment, a strong collaboration culture and team spirit, with ability to build and maintain strong relationships

- Solid problem-solving skills with attention to details and ability to draw meaningful conclusions for decision-making / make recommendations based on data

- Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills in Swedish and English is a must

- Excellent PowerPoint, Excel, Word knowledge

- At least 5 years of work experience and it is a plus if you have experience from roles within PMO, Business & IT Development, or management consulting

- Academic degree within IT, economics and/or business management

- Strong work ethic and professionalism
