Your Mission

This is an exciting opportunity to drive Mercell's overall portfolio and commercial strategy for existing customers, crafting valuable solutions to help suppliers succeed in the public sector and assisting buyers in evolving their procurement strategies.

As our new Portfolio Manager you will be part of the Customer organization, specifically you will join the Customer and Commercial Operations team and will be reporting to Group Director Customer & Commercial Operations. You will have an exciting and impactful role where you will run independently diverse projects across different markets and business areas, requiring a structured, flexible, and high-tempo approach.

Core Responsibilities

Create, develop, and manage various commercial portfolios.

Develop business cases with a focus on revenue and reduced churn.

Contribute to the development and updating of new modules such as engagement package, bid project tool, document management, contract modules, etc.

Participate in price and packing development and business model work.

Handle incoming ideas and facilitate internal and external communication.

Collaborate with internal teams such as product and tech teams.

Take responsibility for partners and subcontractor development.

Develop and organize network meetings and events to increase loyalty and the Mercell brand.


 

Required Qualifications

Strong project management experience.

Commercial acumen with the experience to understand and convert valuable data into possible customer oriented solutions.

Good understanding of the public sector, on both buyer and supplier sides.

Introducing products to the market with a compelling value proposition and effective channel strategy.

Coordinating with sales teams to develop a cohesive value pitch.

Fluent in English.



 

Preferred Qualifications

Business project skills in order to grow and ensure existing business.

Great communication skills.

Ability to introduce products to the market with a compelling value proposition and effective channel strategy.


Start date: As soon as possible

Duration: Full time

Working hours: Hybrid remote

Travelling: In this role you need to be able to travel 20-30%

Location: May be based in the following locations where Mercell has a legal entity such as Sweden, Norway, Netherlands, Denmark and Finland.
