Portfolio Manager

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Work in a creative and engaging environment with focus on portfolio management of IT development and new technologies and how these can create value for the bank and our customers
- Be part of ensuring the long-term strategic direction through safeguarding alignment between the Investment portfolio at Digital Banking & IT and Swedbanks strategic direction.
- Be a central part of the BIO organization and contribute to future proofing the bank by ensuring solid management of the Investment portfolio at Digital Banking and IT.
- Work closely with the Management team and the Product owners at Digital Banking & IT and get the opportunity to build a wide network in the bank.


What is needed in this role:
- You have a solution-oriented mindset and an ability to work in a cross-functional environment, in an agile way. You are good at managing your own tasks and know how to digest complex information into easy to understand reports and presentations.
- You have great people skills and have the ability adjust the information according to each stakeholder and understand the value of corporate communication.
- You have a strong ability to communicate and present in an easy and engaging way.
- You are proactive, forward leaning, and takes responsibility. Structure and having the house in order are the base for your work.
- You enjoy continuous improvement and are always seeking better and more effective ways of working.
- You have a strong academic record and at least 5 years’ experience in tasks like portfolio management, project management, communication and/or executive reporting preferably in a role as a management consultant.
