We are looking for a
Portfolio Manager Finance (m/f/d)
Choose one of our locations in Sweden: Stockholm, Uppsala or Varberg
To serve human needs in defined life areas, we offer financial services and integrated solutions throughout the financial value chain (from identity to collection). Our goal is to to enable, complete and repeat seamless financial transactions for sustainable user relationships.
What you will do:
As a key member of the Portfolio Management team you will be responsible to support our stakeholders, the Key Account Management function as well as the business by driving the monitoring and continuous improvement of our existing customer base.
You use your analytical knowledge of our products and our customers performance to enact business decisions, communicated in our regular portfolio reviews and client performance reviews across our markets in the Nordics and Central Europe.
You will work closely with our local unit functions and business units to effectively manage our portfolio risk and optimize portfolio return.
You perform analysis and provide insight and recommendations to our decision makers.
You support in the development of our portfolio monitoring processes and tools.
You will when needed act as a challenger & advising function in regards to continual partnerships of our existing customers and merchants; based on expertise and learning.



Your profile:
University degree (Bachelor or/and Master) in Business, Economics, Science or Engineering and 3-5 years of applicable work experience in Finance / Risk and/or BNPL / O2C business.
Highly analytical, result-oriented with a structured approach to problem-solving and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
Have a continuous improvement mindset where you can help enact progress and efficiency across our team and organization.
Strong interpersonal relationship skills to build network across organization.
MS Office proficiency (Excel advanced), Database skills and PowerBI of advantage.
Fluent in English. A second language (German or Nordic) is a plus.
